Email signatures for your team

An on-brand email signature for each of the team — matching the new JPR flame branding. Have a look through the drafts below, and download any to try in Outlook. There's a short install guide and a copy-paste version too.

Approved & final. These signatures are signed off and complete — all details are in, including the Gas Safe registration number and Laura's email. Download each person's below and drop it into Outlook using the quick guide.

Two versions of your signature — pick whichever suits you

HTML signature Best for most

The links work: email, phone and website are clickable, and it drops into Outlook via the quick guide. One note: Outlook shows it in a standard font (Arial), not the JPR brand font.

Image (PNG) signature

The full JPR look, brand font and all, identical on every device. One note: it's a picture, so the links aren't clickable.

Not sure? Go with the HTML — clickable links usually win.

All confirmed — these are the finished signatures

Company name, registration number (04441833) and registered office are all confirmed and correct. Nothing further needed — just download each person's signature below.

Download each person's signature

Each file is a drop-in Outlook signature. Save it, then follow the install guide below — it takes about a minute per person.
